"Slow and disorganized from start to finish"
Check-in was really slow and felt messy, which already gave me a bad first impression. Then check-out was just as frustrating, it took forever, there wasn’t a clear line, and no one seemed to be helping or directing people. after that experience, I don’t really feel like I can trust them to run things smoothly.

"Airport transfer was just okay"
Maybe it’s just me, but the airport transfer felt a little messy. The resort itself was fine, but we ended up waiting longer than we’d been told and no one really explained what was going on. The driver was nice once we finally got going, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I expected

"I was really looking forward to an…"
I was really looking forward to an easy family getaway, but it just didn’t feel worth it for me. The kids club was way too overcrowded, and I felt like the staff barely noticed us when we needed help. On top of that, our family room wasn’t ready until nighttime, which made the whole day feel stressful and frustrating. I expected a much smoother experience.

"Way quieter than I was led to believe"
I went into our stay at Royalton expecting a lot of noise because I’d heard the resort was huge and kind of busy. I felt a little misled by that, because our room was actually really quiet at night. No loud hallway traffic, no music blasting, nothing that kept us awake.
The pool area had the usual daytime noise, but it wasn’t anything over the top. After dinner, everything seemed to settle down quickly. We ended up sleeping really well the whole trip, which made the vacation so much more relaxing than I expected.

"Getting Help Was Way Too Much Work"
I tried contacting Royalton Resorts a few different times about my booking, and it was such a hassle. Emails took forever to get a response, and when I called, I felt like I kept getting transferred around without anyone actually giving me a clear answer. I had to put in way too much effort just to get basic help, which is frustrating considering the price. The poor response made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be.

"Not quite what I expected"
The pool was fine and probably the best part of the stay, but I felt a bit misled. The gym was not great at all, and the WiFi was bad, which was frustrating because I expected both to be usable. Overall, it didn’t really match what I thought I was getting.

"Fun Stay With Lots Going On"
There was plenty to do every day, so we never really felt bored. I personally liked the pool games and the night shows the most — they gave the place a fun, lively vibe. A few activities did start later than scheduled, which was a little annoying at times, but it didn’t ruin the trip for us. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed the experience.

"Nice beach and pools, but felt a bit ignored"
The beach was really nice and usually clean, and the water looked beautiful most days. The pools were big too, and they never felt overly crowded when we were there, which was great. The only frustrating part was that a lot of chairs seemed to get claimed really early, so it was annoying trying to find a spot. Also, there were a few times we felt kind of ignored when we needed help or had questions, which took away from the experience a bit. Still, overall we had a very good time.

"Definitely needs more upkeep than other places nearby"
I stayed here recently the place felt a lot more run-down than other hotels I’ve stayed at in the same range. The room had peeling paint, some loose tiles, and the AC was leaking onto the floor, which was frustrating. The elevators were also really slow, and one of them was out for most of our stay. Compared to what most people would probably expect for the price, it just didn’t feel well maintained.

"Charges got confusing after I booked"
I booked it and thought I knew the total. Then the bill changed. Not by a ton maybe, but enough that I noticed. I kept looking back like, wait, where did that come from? The charges just weren’t very clear, and it left me feeling unsure about what I was actually paying for.

"Nice place, but the trip there was frustrating"
The resort itself was decent once we finally got there, and the beach access was definitely a plus. But getting there was kind of a hassle because it felt far from everything, especially if you don’t already have transportation sorted out. What annoyed me more was how careless some of the handling felt along the way, like our bags were just tossed around without much concern. Overall, it had some good parts, but I left with mixed feelings.

"Dining Options Got Old Quickly"
I expected there to be more restaurant choices. It felt like the same few options were available every night, and our family got bored of it fast. If that doesn’t improve, we’ll probably look at staying somewhere else next time

"Diamond Club was def not worth it"
I paid extra for Diamond Club thinking it would make the experience better, but tbh I still ended up waiting around a lot and felt ignored most of the time. Not really worth the upgrade imo.

"Everything with my reservation matched what I..."
Everything with my reservation matched what I booked online. The dates, room type, and names were all right when I checked in. There wasnt any weird mix up or extra phone calls, which I really appreciated. It all went smoothly.

A few of the meals were bland, and it was annoying having to put in extra effort adding seasonings and sauces just to make them taste decent. I was hoping they’d be more flavorful right out of the package

"Wifi was really frustrating"
The resort itself was okay, but the wifi was a pain most of the time. It kept cutting out in the room, and even near the lobby it was still super slow. I ended up using my own phone data way more than I should have. For what they charge, I expected this to be handled much better. It just felt like something they didn’t really care to fix.

"Really Nice People"
Everyone there was really nice and made me feel comfortable. It was a good experience overall, and I appreciated the friendly attitude from the staff.
